I think .NET will allow both stateful and stateless sessions, but in generall, session cookies are going to be required for session programming.
Without using session cookies, you must a.) be all stateless (unlikely) b.) require your users to enable session cookies (more likely) or c.) load the session ID in the URL query string (most likely). C is done commonly in the Java/J2EE/EJB realm and it pretty decent. You might try going that way. |
