Do you think Microsoft would allow us access to passport? Ha!

Agreed - I'd rather never see Passport on this or any sites here.

I Don't know about passport. I was playing around with my profile and changed my birthdate to 1/1/2001. Now I can't access my hotmail because they think I am a kid. They want my parents to say its ok for me to use my passport and to verify my parents they want to me to put in a credit card account. AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHH!!! Talk about a pain in the bum.

Its fixed but it sure was hard to find who to contact. They have a page all setup to where you can contact them and tell them problems but nowhere on the page are there links to it. Yeah don't mess with the birthdate in Passport. I learned the hard way. But everything works now and I can access my hotmail again... The whole thing is stupid though.
