Pop in the XP CD and boot from it. You should get a message like "Press any key to boot from the CD". If you don't check inside you BIOS and make sure under Boot Options your CDRom is selected. FDisk is gone, you can now reformat and repartition your computer from within the XP installation. Its really easy. If you can't figure it out let me know.
