I am looking for a way to find the PC serial number and MAC address within Windows 95 without using a 3rd party inventory program. I have searched the registry for several different keys without much success. Is the info in a DLL somewhere or maybe in an ini or inf file?

ipconfig, or ipconfig /all, should show you the MAC. You could use arp to look at the table. If you mean the windows 95 productkey, thats in hkey local machine > software > microsoft > windows > current version > look for productkey or productid. You can not get the physical pc's serial from the registry.
