One of my friends uninstalled a program from his system (he is running Windows XP). However, it was not removed from the Add/Remove menu. He does not feel comfortable going into the registry and erasing the name from the menu that way, as I suggested to him after searching for an answer to his conundrum. He has TweakUI installed for Windows XP, however it does not seem to have the editing feature for Add/Remove as previous TweakUI versions did. Is there anyway to deal with this other than a registry edit?

Sorry, Rimmer. You misunderstood me.

My friend has the latest version of TweakUI installed on his system (running Windows XP). The problem is he erased another program but that other program did not get deleted from the Add/Remove menu.

Previous versions of Tweak have the ability to remove items from the Add/Remove menu. This version does not. Is there a way to do it with the current version of Tweak? Did I miss something? Or is it best just to erase it in the registry?
