A little more information about your computer hardware might help. Based on the info you provided, it looks like the driver for your headset is crap. Check the manufacturers web site. Also, when a computer is overloaded with running hardware, and has an inadequate power supply, this can contribute to errors and problems. That's why providing detailed info on your computer can help. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, ATi Radeon 8500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS, Nikon D2Hs and D100

spiderbones - When did this problem start? i.e. after installing a particular program? or visiting a particular website? You may want to look at a software diagnostic program to check your hardware (PC Doctor, etc). Check out also the free version of Advanced Windows Care - I found it to be a good alternative to RegClean for addressing registry related issues. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 512mb RAM, ATi Radeon 8500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D2Hs and D100
