| This is adware/malware/spyware. Don't - DO NOT - ckick on their offer for help as it will install more junk. I'm making the @ssumption that you have an antivirus installed on your computer, and that you've kept it up to date with all of the Microsoft updates. If not, your in big trouble. Download and install/run Spybot 1.4 (you can get it from download.com). It's probably one of the best spyware programs, and it's free. Make sure that after installing, you let the program download the latest updates.
