| I'm getting this error notice only at the Bank of America [ MBNA previous to the buy out ]account download to Quicken link. So it is a secured site. And the download is encrypted. And other financial sites download with ease and alacrity. And the browser is IE6 on a XP pro platform. I have searched around a bit and read some. I have confirmed that the "Do not save encrypted pages to disk." is NOT checked. The workaround is using Firefox. But Maxthon gets the same error.
