Just wondering if anyone would know if there is a way for me to control the change in active windows in Windows XP. For example, when you open Outlook or (mostly MS) software, and flip back over to a browser screen or something else, when the Outlook is ready for you, it automatically switches itself back to the active window. This is especially irritating, and I would like a way to stop this. Any hints?
