Hey everyone, I need some help, I have a problem with starting Windows 98. Now, everytime I turn the computer on, I can't log on to windows. After the Win98 logo, there is a black screen, with a blinking white line/cursor at the top left of the screen (commands prompt?). I can't type anything at this point, the only thing I can do is restart the computer: CTRL+ALT+DEL. This has happened everytime, no matter what method of startup it is, i.e normal, safe mode, step mode and command mode. If it is relevent, I have less than 2gb disk space capacity, about 64mb ram and I don't have an internet connection with it. I think the problem may have been caused by turning off the power when it freezes (before) too often. I can't see anything, h@ssomething bad happened to Windows? Please help! I hope I've mentioned everything you need to know.
