| Please someone help me setup sharing with my 360.ok to begin, i had a dell laptop first with an external hard drive with my music on it. the lap top was hooked up wirelessly to a router that my 360 is aso wired to. i had found out that you can use the zune program to stream your music through to the 360. that worked fine.... now i got a pc i want to do the same butttttt my 360 wont recognize the pc!!!! i have followed the help from the 360 menus to no avail. I have also followed the zune help and also xbox main help site all for not. now my pc recognizes that there is a 360 connected and i have turned on all of the sharing that is needed by the pc i think. ok so here is where it goes wrong. in xbox dashboard i go to media hit a for music select computer it prompts me to pick if i have downloaded the correct software (which i have 2 zune and windows media player 11)i hit yes,continue it searches to no availthen i test the connection which says network adapter wired ip address confirmed pc selected failed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is where i am stuck!!!!!!!! IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME I WOULD PROBABLY STOP CUTTING MYSELF!!!!!LOL JUST KIDDING BUT IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. ---------------------------------------------- retrovertigo |

| For something like this, I'd strongly recommend posting it on the appropriate discussion forum on Microsoft's website. There are a number of MVP's that could better help you. Also, there is no need to pust the same question multiple times in the same or different forums.
