plz give me some advice im out of idea's iv got 7 pc's connected on a network, they all had a perfect internet connection until the power went out this morning now only 2 of my pc's work the main pc is connected to the router, the router is then connected to a hub were i link up the rest of my pc's via lan cables, now the the problem is 5 of my pc's are showing " limited or no connectivity". Now be default my ip is on automatic so i have tried to repair it and is says in cannot be done iv even tried changing to differnt ip's it still does the same only 2 pc'c are working and the others still give " limited orno connectivity" iv also connected the pc's directly to the router and that deosnt help either. iv had this issue before and all i did in the past was repair the ip's but today for some reason it isnt working plz could u guys give me a hand i urgently need my network up and running asap!!!!!!!!

I had a similar prob., but only with 3 pcs. I would shutdown all of the pcs (not hibernate), kill the power to the modem and the router and hub, wait a few mins, then bring the modem, router, and hub up. then one at a time bring up the pcs. It worked for me. If that doesnt work, try clearing the ARP cache on the pcs that wont hook up. good luck.
