I am a starter in networking. I got an error message from the server computer “ Atleast one service or driver is failed during system startup”. This creating a problem with the other computers. All the computers are not able to connect to the shared drives.

It sounds like the controller for the drives may be a SCSI controller, and there's a problem with the drivers. Go into Device Manager and check to see if there are any exclamation points next to any hardware. If there is, right click and choose Update Driver, and let Server 2003 search the internet for a new driver. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200
