hai anyone can help me we are using a 2003 server with apllications in it like lotus notes, ... i want to move all these data and applications to the new system with different hardware

You'll have to install the applications on the new system. You can't simply copy them over. As to moving the data, check the help file or website for the particular application as to the requirements for migrating data. Most of the time it's simply copying over.
