Hi, I have recently joined a IT department and was wondering how to set up RDNS to stop/prevent spam emails from going through. I have heard about Reverse DNS as a measure against spams emails. I have used DNSstuff to check the domain IP address and it says "No reverse DNS entry per prisoner.iana.org". Can someone please tells me on how to go about setting up RDNS as i have heard it is a good measure against spams. Do i need to contact the ISP (internet service provider) to get this sorted? Regards
