This has been addressed numerous times in this forum. First, is this a retail (Dell, Gateway, HP, etc) system or is it a "custom" built? If a retail system, first check the manufacturers website. As an alternative, go into Device Manager and remove the device, then reboot. Allow WinXP (make sure you have at least SP2 installed) to search the internet for the driver 95% of the time this will work. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate/Server 2008, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200
