I have set up a workgroup, which works for three machines in my network and used to work for my laptop too. Now, when I try to 'View workgroup computers' from 'Network Tasks', I get an error message that 'workgroup is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator to find out if you have access permissions. The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available' This also means that I am unable to see other machines, or the printer which is attached to another computer in the network. I am logged on as the administrator on my laptop, so I don't know why I require access permissions to see a workgroup I have just set up on my machine. Nig
