| Well, having used Vista Ultimate since it's launch, I'm quite happy with it. The biggest benefit has been security. Next to that are some of the DVD creation tools. I've also test run Windows 7 RC, and can tell you that it's extremely stable. Add into that Virtual PC for running alternate OS's as a VM, and WinXP Mode for those applications that just won't run under anything else, and you have the best of everything. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway 15.4" Laptop, Windows Vista Ultimate/Server 2008, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200 |

| I also had Win Se7en and I was happy with it. It was stable to me and I didnt had any crashes.The best thing to me is DVD Burner in Windows Explorer.The user interface looks great and the most important to me is that it is a trial and works until summer 2010... Only one issue I found -> in COD4 there is a program PunkBuster... The PunkBuster offical web page says that PunkBuster wont work on Se7en because it isnt officaly released... Anyway it is great OS, the best I tested so far... Now I want to test Mac OSX Snow Leopard.... |
