I have a strange problem in XP, when I logon as administrator my desktop has no icons and on the start menu I have neither the "Logoff" button or the "Shut Down Computer" button. I have tried changing the way I logon, using the welcome screen and to the standard windows logon screen neither one shows the buttons, I have also tried changing from the XP Start Menu and Classic Menu still with no luck, I have tried all combinations and I still have none of the buttons or Icons. All of the other accounts on the computer have the buttons, the only account affected is the Adminitrator Account. Does anyone know what is causing this problem, I have never seen nor heard of this happening before, HELP ME!!!
