| Ok, this is my first post so I hope someone can help me with my problem. I own the Asus U52F-BBL9 Comp, it comes with an Intel Core i5 prossesor and windows 7. It is only 2 months old and what the problem is, I got the G330 headset, it comes with a Logitech Sound USB adapter, thing is, on the first month I opened my laptop; the USB device worked perfectly, but after a few days, the headset stopped working. Only the USB attachment stopped working but the headset can unplug from the USB part and connect with the mic and headphone holes, but the quality sucks without the USB adapter. I then go back to Bestbuy and get another headset and this time it is the same, it was in the comp and then all of a sudden the USB adapter stopped working! PLZ HELP [emote|:(] |

| Does the USB port on the laptop still work? i.e. if you plug a printer, scanner, external HD or something else in, is it recognized and does it work? If so, then the problem is with the Logitech device. | I have the same problem. Nothing works in that one port. Machine is ASUS A53T Laptop Windows 7 ·Only 3 WEEKS old. Other USB2 and USB3 ports working. Tried different USB devices and although they power up they are not detected, no data read etc . External hard drive, MP3 player , Camera, USB Extra monitor Adaptor etc. |
