eyy i need helP i want to remove my block that someone do it to me and i can't speak to him i want to remove the block and to continued to speak to him.... plzzZ help me someone

and I'm sory for the wrong write because i'm not from amerika and i don't now to write very well... :S:S:S ... I hope that you are understand me and helLpp mee... ???

The short answer - no. They've blocked you on their end, meaning the setting is on their account. There's no work-around to fix this.
