    Device ID: ACPI\MGMT180
    Class GUID: (4D36E97E-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318)
    Manufacturer: Unknown
    Driver ID: (4D36E97E-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318)\0000
    Driver Date: 7-1-2001
    Driver Version: 5.1.2600.0
    Installer INF: Unknown.INF
    INF Section: UnsupportedDev

    The device evidently runs fine.
I have disabled it... when I reboot,,, it is back again.
I have removed it... when I reboot ... it is back again.
I have disconnected every device... yet cannot find out just what this item is.
I have identified each and every device attached to my system EXCET this one.

HELP !!! I really want to know just what device this is. It must be something that came with the computer.

I have called DELL... of course they want to re-format...
