| is anyone else having problems with when they purchase a new game that it will not play in their xbox. We can play any of the older games and it does just fine. But the last two games we purchased for about 60.00 a piece just freezes up the console and nothing happens. Have tried to contact xbox service but they can't seem to understand what i am telling them and give me the run around. they said i could send them back the box, give them 99.00 and they will look at it and see if it needs repair....I am over them, i am even having problems getting the repair service number they gave me to work |
