I have a windows 2K PC (PCa) running just fine with full networking and internet access. I relocated the PC to a different LAN connection, with the view to replace an older PC (PCb) running there. Both PC's are running fine with full networking. When I shut down 7 disconnect PCb and plug PCa into the lan in the new location, i can't receive any TCP/IP packets. I've tried :- static IP address. Changed PCa IP address to that of PCb auto Ip address. disable/enable LAN connection disable/enable adaptor When I plug PCa and PCb back into their "old" LAN connections both work fine. Any suggestions please ?
